Hi Guys,

My current system configuration is as below

CPU:- AMD athlon ii X3 450

MOBO:-GIGABYTE M68MT-S2

GPU:- XFX HD 7770 1 GB DDR 5 CORE EDITION

8 GB DDR 3 RAM


Can you please let me know whether my current motherboard will support AMD FX 6300/8320.......are thesese cpu s good for gaming and am mainly in to single player gaming only..........

Doesn't look like it unfortunately. You'll have to upgrade the board for FX support, and at that point it becomes a questionable decision as AM3+ is a "dead" socket with outdated features. If you want to upgrade, you're properly better of moving to FM2+ if you want to stay with AMD, or move to LGA-1150.

Which processor will be good for gaming amd fx-6300 or 8350....which processor can be future proof for the up coming games like in next 2 years?.............will Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 Motherboard support both 6300 & 8350..........please let me know which processor will be good option.....i will upgrade my gpu in next xouple of months as am currently having hd7770

You should be looking at Haswell i3's minimum. Possibly even a low-end i5. They will provide much more value then a 6300 or 8350. The only case I'll recommend either of those is if you already have a board that supports them. AM3(+) is dead, its time to move on to something more modern.

About the only AMD CPU I'll recommend is the FM2+ Athlon 750K/760K if you're on a budget. Both are IGP-less versions of AMDs APUs.

I will not recommend a board based on a 2009 chipset. Period. Especially when a simple H81-based board is good enough for an i5.
