Will my In-Win A500 Case support a P4 Motherboard (250w Powersupply)?

-G2 Pro Video
-CD-ROM
-1 Hd
-2 120mm Fans
-1 Ati Wonder Pro PCI Card

...My 300w Antec is power three times this so I think I'm okay on the power, but what about fitting?
