Will my existing PSU be good enough for my new setup?

This will be a gaming rig:

i5 750
ASUS P7P55D Deluxe
GSkill Eco 4 GB DDR3
NVIDIA 260 GTX

This is the PSU I've had from my old Gigabyte / e4300 build, and I'd like to keep it if it's good enough to do the trick. I bought this PSU in 2007.

There is also a possible GPU upgrade in my future (ATI 5850), so I'd like to make sure that it will be able to handle that as well. No Crossfire / SLI in the plans as of now, but it's always a possibility.

Thanks!

I'll let a pro answer this, but my amateur opinion thinks that your new rig won't even come close to pushing that power supply.
