I dont know if any of you remember me posting my results and asking questions way back when, but I was just wondering how long you think my chip will last in its current state. my vcore is at 1.825, my fsb is at 209 and my multi is at 10.5 . I've had my system running like this since June and no problems yet. check my profile for other specs! 😕

as to the original question ..

you prolly have a long time before it fries. and if it does .. ??? the athlon xps aren't expensive .. just buy a new one.

if you oc and the cpu fails .. no one to blame but yourself. suck it up and buy a new cpu.
 
With that vcore who knows, but I'd wager it won't be years. It may hold up till your next upgrade though. BTW, what speed are you running those 2 sticks of ram at?

yup, anything over 1.8V is kinda unpredictable
