No it wont.. not with that low of a GPU. it wont even allow you to install it on a PC with an ATI 9250 installed. I highly doubt it will let you install it with that GPU either.

An FX5500 is "technically" fully DX9 capable, it's just not going to run fast at all.

You might be able to run at 640x480 No Detail, using Oldblivion (not a typo, google it) and chugging along at 15fps ... but you're better off saving up to build a new system entirely.

Or just play some other games. 🙂
