Will my Big Typhoon fit AM3?

Checked their website, they say it will fit AM2/AM2+, but I don't see where they list anything for AM3. Mine was last used on a S939 Opty 165 (remember those!), and I wonder if the holddown hardware would be the same, if it can work on AM3. Anyone?
