Will my Antec Sig 650 be enough for this?

I want to upgrade from a M4N72-E Deluxe, 4 GB of DDR2 (~1.8V), and AMD PII X2 C3 (1.28-1.35 Vcore).
Will my Antec Sig 650 still be fine with 2 HDDs, DVD drive, 8 GB of DDR3, an i7 2500k, a D2X, and a reference nonOC'd GTX460 768 MB? How much will the power requirements (in rail Amps, and also in full load Wattage) go up? Or, will they actually go down? I was guessing about the same since nforce chipsets probably take up more power than intel's latest do and DDR2 runs >= .15v > DDR3 does

That build will probably idle at <150 watts...and run at about 300 watts at full load.

I was fine on an Enermax 500 watt with a 2600K, 8 GB of RAM, and a GTX 285. I switched it out to a 750 because I thought the 500 was the problem but it turns out it was something else entirely.

You'll be fine with the 650.
