mines stroking a gig to 1.311..(12.5x105)

but as far as i know thier isn't an offical 13x multiplier yet...(jumpered,not sure if it can auto detect it)

Supposedly it runs the 13X really at 12.5X, and in turn auto-resets to the 104fsb. Doesn't bother me as I've been running the Duron at 110fsb for some time now.

Absolutely it supports the new 1.3Ghz Thunderbird and higher. There'll be future BIOS updates that'll allow the A7V to be viable for a long time to come. Same with the ABIT0-KT7/A/E/RAID.
