Will my 500w PSU handle an HD5850 video card?

I'm not sure if my PSU will be good for a video card upgrade, it's the system in my rig with 4 HDs and a DVD burner in there, here's the specs of the PSU.

Really? Just like that yes? I kind of thought it was not going to be enough but then I'm not knowledgeable in PSUs.
 
Another yes. I have a 5850, i5 750 o/c, 3 drives, 4 fans, etc. And I hardly break 250w under a regular gaming load. I'm using a 500w power supply, as well (PCP&C).
