Im gonna go with no. Hell i went to a bank with a ripped twenty and they said since one part of the serial number was missing they couldnt do it. I just went to another bank and they did it fine.

So long as it's not torn apart, they will most likely take it. Whenever I count pans and find them, I always tape them up anyways. Go for it!

really depends on the cashier.
some are soo b!tchy they don't even take an old slightly ripped any amount bill.
If you have problems, go to your nearest bank and have it replaced. 🙂
