Will Microsoft replace my cd and key?

i have a legal copy of office 2k premium.... i am missing hte first of 4 discs, and the cd key. does anyone know if i could get replacements? i get winxp and vs.net for free from my department, but for some reason they dont have office:|
 
Do you have a receipt or any form of proof of purchase? If not, I think you're possibly up the proverbial creek without a paddle. Sorry.

i have the box.... not sure if i have the receipt, but probably not.
