Will micro ATX fit in any ATX case?

It should fit, if you have the case check the documentation of it, goto the manufacturers website for it if need be. You could also checkout where the standoff holes on the mobo are and compare that info to what the case has. I'm 80% sure it'll work.
 
Most ATX cases have mount points for both sizes of mobos, but some don't have all the points for a microATX mobo. Usually there are enough to get by as most mount points are in the same location. I use those old plastic supports with the little nib on the bottom cut off to support any points that the case lacks. Several ways to get around it if needed.
