Will low latency RAM be beneficial to a non-OC computer?

Should I go with 4-4-4-12 RAM or 5-5-5-15 RAM? I ask because I would rather save and get the slower RAM because then I could possibly stretch to afford 4GB instead of 2GB. I will not be OCing and this computer will be purely for gaming. Also I will be using Windows Vista (64-bit).
 
for Vista x64 go with 4GB definately. The benefit of having more memory outweighs faster memory in this case. Now if you could have both then that would be idea.
