Ya I know turn off the main, but I don't wanna have to reset 15 clocks just to swap one fuse/breaker.

Anyone know if the rubber gloves offer protection at those voltages 440V max?

Would you rather have 15k volts across your nipples from the EMTs at your house? Or spend the few extra minutes to be safe?

Yeah, but they're typically used in labs and are so thick that it takes Arnold or the Hulk size arms to move the fingers.

Gloves that power companies use to handle electricity are not something you will be able to get easily. They have to be checked constantly and swapped to prevent any holes.
