Will it satisfy my needs?

What I'm looking for is a much quieter system then what I'm using now..... I have 2 loud case fans, 2x HDDs, stock cooling for AGP eVGA 6600GT, stock HSF, Ultra Wizard Mid-Tower.

Case fans:

120mm exhaust: Forgot to add, the "E" model.http://www.coolerguys.com/sff21.html
80mm intake: http://www.coolerguys.com/840556054054.html

HSF: http://www.coolerguys.com/840556021810.html

Fan controller: http://www.coolerguys.com/840556041498.html

I would like to buy everything from one place. My HDDs are pretty quiet and I can't really hear them because of the case and cpu fans going. I have heard that my GPUs fan is really loud, although I haven't stuck my head in to listen. Should I replace it? I can't find any for the AGP model of this card. I'm looking for a replacement side panel for my case, one side has a window which I want to replace w/ one that doesn't have a window. Any one know where I can find one?

id say get a VF700 also for your video card

you could probably get a better cpu cooler than the scythe for same price i think AC freezer pro?

Samurai Z actually isn't as good of a cooler as the Freezer 64 Pro. I would recommend the Freezer because it's very easy to install and performs pretty darn well.

BassBomb, does the VF700 have a 3pin connector to connect to the speed controller? I don't game much so I'd like to keep it on lower settings while I'm not gaming.

RallyMaster, same question as above only for AC Freezer.

Answering for BB, the vf700 is 3-pin, yes. Don't worry too much about the ramsinks (they won't fit on the 6600GT AGP) but you can cut/grind them down to fit if you want.

Get Yate Loons 120mm/80mm, the 28db versions. Quiet and soooo cheap. $4.50 on eBay and shipping gets less w/more.

I don't need add much advice on fans, but rather heat sinks, etc. Thanks zagood, I'll take a look at the freezer. Does anyone have a clue on the case question in the OP (original post)? Will it reduce noise much?

Edit: Ok, here is the link to it at coolerguys. It has a 3 pin :)
Edit2: Are their any HSFs that support 120mm fans but are very similar to the freezer?

Oh yea, a question on fan controllers.... When your adjusting the speeds of your fans, is their some rule you should follow to prevent damage?

Well, there's the Tuniq Tower and the Scythe Ninja Pro, but those do not use default K8 mounting mechanism and will take motherboard removal. Pretty much all fans in CPU coolers use 3 pins.
