Will it cause corruption?

I was trying to delete a huge file using windows explorer yesterday . I had panda antivirus 2005 which I think might be scanning the file. I was right clicking it then delete then no response. I tried to open the file but still lags. until some time it finally open the file , thus I close it and delete it again the file is still there and the system was lagging like sh*it. Until I was frustrated and pressed the reset button. After rebooting the file was gone.

So, does this reset during deleting cause any data corruption to my other files or any other problems?

You're probably fine. Run chkdsk or scandisk to be sure.

Shouldn't have caused you any problems, next time a file gets smart try restarting the computer in safemode and deleting it. This should stop the antivirus doing anything with the file.
