I tend to use Dave's like a spread. About half a teaspoon on a pasty is about right for me.

encona is a good slap it on sauce if Dave's is too hot for you, its got a lot of flavour as well as heat.

And Lol at British people not liking spicy food, we invented the modern form of stupidly hot curries, also British streets are usually swimming in hot kebab sauce about an hour after kicking out time.
