Will Intel Release a 45nm 21xx class CPU?

Anyone heard of a new Allendale-like CPU in the works using 45nm process?

I wonder if there will be similar quad-core processors as well.

A 45nm CPU with a high multiplier due to being designed for 800fsb would be a dream!
