Will I still be able to keep my sbcglobal email address even if I'm no longer with them?

If you chose to intergrate your SBCGlobal account with SBCYahoo then you can keep it after you discontinue the service, but you have to pay like 9 bucks a month or something like that.

I still ahve an email address that I got probably 15 years ago but I don't use the provider any more. I just pay them something like $50/year to have the address since I use a Cable to connect up now.
