We have wireless in all the classrooms, and I see people checking their mail, shopping, and generally not paying attention. I'm tired and drowsy from allergy medication. Will I stay awake in Conlaw?

What is the meaning of "Nef". All I can think of at the moment is a case: Pennoyer v. Neff that had to do with jurisdiction over parties and property. :(

Sounds like they have an excellent start at being a congressman/woman

We have forgotten that there is such a thing as the Constitution nowadays

To nef: To post on Anandtech's forums at an astounding rate of speed, never really making a contribution to any discussions.

Well, I understood nothing in Constitutional Law, and after talking to some of my classmates, it is apparent that none of them understood anything either.

Thing is, my professor is blind (I am not kidding), and I think he thinks that there are cases in our edition of the casebook that aren't there. He mentioned 2 or 3 cases that I double checked with - They aren't actually in the book :(

ElFenix, what school are you at? Edit: looked at Profile - UT?

Pennsylvanians can probably guess that I go to the Beasley School of Law at Temple University.
