I am going to upgrade my computer from a 533 celeron with 160mb's of ram to a 900 celeron with 416mb's of ram with a Radeon 32mb DDR. Do you think the performance of games will be greatly improved?
 
yes

the jump from 128 -> 256/384 is huge IMO so that alone will be a big jump (not in frame rates but load times)

the processor speed will give you another 10-20% (some frame rate and some load time 🙂 )

and the video card ? because i dont know what u had before
