Will I run into HDMI negotiation issue using a splitter

I have 2 Tv, 1 @1080p, 1 @4k. Basically they're on 1 wall but opposite side. I figure I can mirror the output from a 1080p source.

Will I run into any negotiation issues if the tv brands are different ie different implementation of hdmi signaling or whatever. Common things i read about is no audio on tv. I was just looking off amazon a 1 to 4 output (future proof) 4k hdmi splitter. Not sure if this is a real issue

it will vary depending on splitter

make sure its a powered splitter, and hdcp2.2(if you want 4k pass through)

this should have less of a chance with issues
