Antec 300 case, stock.
The case only has two fans; one on top blowing air out, one at the back blowing air out too (to the top of the case as well).
The CPU cooler is the stock intel too.
I don't plan on overclocking it except maybe for fun occasionally; but I really doubt I'll push it very far. The 540 is capable of going beyond 4Mgz but it's beyond me why I would even need this much power, even with just two cores...
I wouldn't think Intel would sell a craptacular heatsink + fan with its CPU but with only two fans blowing air out, I'm wondering if I can't do better for cheap. Fans aren't expensive and I have emplacements for three more: 2 for the HDD bay and 1 to the side of the GPU.
Noise is also a big concern of mine; if I need more cooling I'm ready to spend a bit more to keep it quiet, or replace my existing fans with better fans.
