Will I notice a performance decrease with this ram setup?

Ok I have a laptop which has a p3 650mhz cpu. The computer uses PC100 144pin Sodimms. I was wondering if I would notice any performance difference between high and low density ram? I don't use this computer to game, just to surf the net and run some applications. Also would I notice a slowdown if I used PC133 that is backwards compatible? Thanks guys!
 
Notice any performance difference? Very very small different in benchmarks, in usage no.

PC133 RAM should run ok.

Some laptops are picky with RAM, so be careful with what you buy.
 
Thanks, there is a local shop that is selling Micron 256MB PC133 SODIMM 144Pin 32X64-8 133MHz 144 pin so dimm for 35 a stick. I think I'm going to pick up 2 there.
