Will I need to flash the BIOS?

I'm thinking about purchasing a GA-970A-DS3 motherboard and an AMD FX-6350 processor.

It says since BIOS Version: F7a. Now I have found that update, but when I actually buy all these parts:

1. Will I need to update the BIOS for the CPU to actually work? Or will I need to buy another CPU and then update the BIOS and then switch CPU back?
2. How will I install the update?

You will not need to flash it for it to function. I just did an 990FX UD7 and 8350 and it had an ancient bios on it. It booted right up into bios, at which time i flashed to the latest. The 9 series will work with the new chips just fine to boot, but you may want to flash to the latest bios to take advantage of any bug fixes.

So if I buy the motherboard and put that processor in, it will boot straight away with no problems?
