Will I need an aftermarket gpu cooler to oc 7850?

I am on the planning stages of a mini-itx gaming rig built around the Bitfenix Prodigy. Planned CPU is 3570K with a Hyper 212 EVO. The 7850 card I have in mind is this one:

I am thinking about using the Arctic Accelero Twin Turbo II.

if you don't plan to do heavy overclock (which i doubt in itx build) then standard cooler is sufficient. 7850 consumes very little power at idle, and has very low relative consumption under load as well.

I would just buy a 7850 that comes with a dual-fan set up and OC it. Sapphire, Asus, Gigabyte, and MSI all offer dual cooler designs that are nicer than the HIS you linked and they are with-in $10.

Stock cooler can handle 1150-1200 as long as your case is good
