Will I need a new PSU?

Right now I have a Seasonic S12 II 500w PSU. Newegg says the outputs are +3.3V@24A,+5V@24A,+12V1@17A,+12V2@17A, -12V@0.8A,+5VSB@2.5A

It's powering the following
Core2Duo E6300 @ 2.8ghz
4gb DDR2-800 (4x1gb)
Gigabyte GA-965P-S3
Radeon HD3870 512mb
5x 7200 RPM SATA drives
1x DVDRW
4x 80mm case fans
1x 120mm CPU fan

Keeping the HDD and fans, I want to build the following
Intel Core i5 750
Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD2
8gb DDR3 (4x2gb)
Radeon HD5770 1gb

Will my Seasonic PSU have enough grunt for this system, or am I gonna need something more?

Thanks

No, I don't plan on overclocking it for now. I think even at stock an i5 will blow the doors off my overclocked e6300.

You will have more than enough power. Your system will not use more than 400watts under full load. The 5770 is a great power saver card and does not have that 40A requirement.
