Will I need a new psu for new z97 boards?

I recently puchased an Antech 1000w psu. I plan on getting one of the new z97 motherboards when they are released. Will I have to buy a new psu to support the new z97 chipsets or will my current psu suffice?
 
I'm pretty sure a 1kW PSU will suffice... Motherboards are not one of the major power consumers of a PC. Leave that to the GPU/CPU.
