Will I need a case with active cooling for passive mobo?

I want to build an SFF PC next month around a Asus E35M1-I Deluxe. It's a passively cooled E-350 mobo.

I would like to put this inside an Antec ISK300-65. I am aware that case comes with active cooling but I would like to keep my rig silent. I have chosen that mobo for that reason, so my question is would it be safe to not plug in the fans on the Antec?

Regards,

I'd try it on the "low" fan setting first before going 100% passive. It might not even be audible.

But if you're not installing it in an enclosed space like a TV cabinet it'll probably be fine to run passively.
