Will I lose my ethernet?

I hear that at USC, if you download movies and stuff, they will disconnect your ethernet connection. Is this the same at USC?

Well from what I know of colleges(I work for one) as long as you aren't abusing your connection they won't do squat. They won't look at what you are downloading unless you are hogging the bandwidth.

i agree with slippery joe. they won't monitor u unless u give them a reason too (ie - hog bandwidth, someone complains about you, etc...)
