Will I have trouble in WIn 98 with Asus A7N266-VM?

I know that the nForce's Unified Drivers were supposed to correct nForce issues under 98se, but I would just like confirmation. A Friend is going to be purchasing a Asus nForce board later today and willl bve using all the onboard stuff, but not any high end dd 5.1 speakers or anything, but will be running 98SE on it. Thanks guys!!!!
