will i have enough power from a 350W power supply or if not how much higher should i go?

I would go with a quality 550 to be on the safe side. Buy.com has the Corsair 550VX for $70AR. The Q6600 can eat a ton of power especially when OC'd. If you OC your video card you are looking at another pretty big power draw. If you leave everything stock you could get by on a quality 450.

Tips or suggestions about what? Parts? Putting it together? Getting it up and running?

I wouldn't buy an ECS motherboard, and I wouldn't buy a 650i motherboard. Since you're only using one graphics card, go with a solid P35-based board. Also, get 2x2GB instead of 4x1GB.

all 3 of those lol but um why not an ECS or 650i motherboard? and how much of a dif does it make to use 2x 2GB sticks?

2x2GB iscan be cheaper than 4 1GB, ECS motherboards are not very good, and nForce chipsets are not as stable as Intel chipsets...
