Will I have a problem using a G450 PCI & a G450eTV AGP on the same mobo?

I currently have an ASUSP3V4X mobo with an overclocked 550E CPU and 768 megs of RAM. I am operating with an S3 Trio32/64 PCI video card with 2 megs of RAM and I am in bad need of an upgrade. I have been waiting for the Marvel G450eTV to come out and when it did I also found out that the G450 will also be coming out soon as a PCI. I am starting to play the stockmarket as a daytrader and I need at least four monitors. I also need the video editing and the TV capture that the Marvel provides. Will these two cards work for me in the same system. I was considering buying a G200MMS, but the G450 PCI soulution seems to be cheaper. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
