I forgot to cancel my Blockbuster online account in time and they billed me already for this month

Last Billing Date: 10/28/2005 View Billing History
Next Billing Date: 11/28/2005

If I cancel today, does anyone know if they'll prorate the amount and refund me the difference? And before anyone asks, I've been trying to call but I keep getting this weird error message when trying to connect. If they don't prorate it, I guess i'll wait till 11/27 to cancel then 🙂

Already have 🙂 I was just hoping someone here might have been in a similar situation.
 
my experience has been with accounts like that is if you cancel they end up cancelling at the end of the month still charging you for that...nothing is prorated, nothing is refunded.
 
I know Netflix will not. Not only that, Netflix won't let you use the remainder of the month you already paid for, so you have to remember to cancel at the end of your billing cycle.
