Will I encounter any problems with Dual Boot XP Home + XP MCE ?

I currently have XP Home and have a lot of stuff on it, so I would rather not do a fresh install of the MCE.

Would I hit any issues installing MCE as a 2nd OS ?

 
Well, edit for stupid qusetion. If you had 2 HD's you'd just back up the stuff onto that. I don't think windows likes 2 versions on the same HD. It may work at first but it really doesn't play well. If it's on a second HD you'd be fine.
 
I don't think you'd have any "problems" per se, but it would be a good bit of hassle. Why would you want to dual boot between two operating systems that are nearly identical? MCE is Home ++ media stuff, so basically you're only losing out when you boot into Home. I would simply back up my stuff and move it all over and do a clean install. It's worth the half hour of work.
