I went was the dishes, and a few bowls and plates had mold on them. I filled the sink with hot water and dish soap and soaked the dishes overnight.
Today I wiped the mold off with super hot water and cloth, refilled sink with hot water to let them soak again. I will wash them in a couple of hours.
Am I going to get mold poisoning from eating off these dishes?

The normal bleach/water ratio for cleaning things is 3/4 per gallon. I'd assume his sink is half that size with a normal amount of water in it, so he wants basically 3/8 of a cup at best.

Don't put bleech on them moron, that's worst than the mold.

Boil some water, pour it in the sink and let the dishes sit in the boiling water. And leave them there until the water is room temp. (Don't rinse hot glass dishes in room temp or cold water, they'll crack).

I have no real clue, I just pulled that off of Clorox's site. As long as he's not eating off of the plates right after, I doubt there will be a problem. Chlorine bleach breaks down fairly quickly, which is why at very low concentrations it's a viable way to purify water. I can't imagine he'd have a problem if he stuck to a low amount(below Clorox's numbers) and made sure to fully cleanse his dishes in fresh water afterwards. The only issue with using too much(assuming the surface is safe against bleach in the first place) is that it would take longer to break down.
 
Throw your dishes away. You can't seem to find the two minutes to wash your plates. You might want to consider something classy like the Dixie lineup of paper and plastic disposable plates, bowls, and cups.

Ok and secondly what is with all this fear of mold and bleach by you pimple farmers in this thread? You grow more dangerous stuff on your face than mold and bleach will ever be. Have none of you heard of blue cheese? Guess what that is? You guessed it Einstein incarnate, that's mold. And bleach is added to your tap water to purify it. So you're already eating this stuff, it's not gonna kill you. Well not in normal concentrations. I'm assuming you will rinse the damn things after you're done cleaning them.

Really, it isn't the piled up crap of dishes you might be imagining. It was only a few plates and bowels. I hardly eat at home, I am usually dining out or taking my work to the coffee shop and spending hours there. By the time I come home, I usually crash.
I only noticed it because it was the first time I went in for a dish or utensil in weeks.
Laziness wasn't a factor, forgetfulness was.

And I like my lifestyle the way it is for now. I don't think my anxiety will allow me to be lazy.
