Will I cripple my system by putting PC2100 in it?

I am building a new rig soon and wil most likely be getting an Epox 8rda+ with a 2100+ T-bred. If I put 512mb (2x256) Kingston PC2100 in it, will it cripple my OCing ability? Thanks!

As opposed to what memory?

You should put DDR333 RAM into it instead of the DDR266 (i.e. PC2100) if you want to overclock.

I don't know if you're even checking this or not, but if you're overclocking, I wouldn't buy Kingston. Kingston's a great company and they make fine RAM, but they just don't overclock well; never had AFAIK. Get Samsung (if it's on a genuine Samsung PCB), Corsair XMS, Mushkin, OCZ (buy at your own risk, but I'm trusting them now), or Geil. They're much better at overclocking.
