Will I bottleneck my computer

I'm building a computer right now will DRR support. i'll probably wait until the KT266 MB's come out, or get the Iwill 266. My question is this: I want to ge this computer up and running in the next month, but at the same time I'd rather not nuy a 1.2ghz Thunderbird 266fsb, when the Palomino's will be out sometime this half (I've heard anything from a month to 4 months). If I put 138Mb of PC2100 in my MB, and only a 200fsb processor, I understand that everything will run at 200fsb (right?). Will the performance be just like if I had PC1600 ram, or will it be worse because the processor and RAM are not operating at the same buses. Incidently, I was thinking of getting a T-Bird 800, or Duron, and just overclocking the hell out of it until the Palomino's arrive.
