Will I be ok with this?

I'm getting the EPoX EP-9NPA+Ultra Socket 939 and the SeaSonic S12-600 ATX12V 600W Power Supply along with an Evga 7800gtx and 3500+ winnie. Is there any compatability problems that you see? The 3500+ winnie is just a temp until I buy the 4400+ X2, but I want to make sure this is ok. I'll be putting in acouple of Sata's and 2x1gb ram.

Does it look ok? Suggestions/opinions?

Would the 500w be ok or even the 430? Or maybe even the fortron 500w?

fortron 500W would be good, either that or pcp&c 510W
