Will I be able to run at stock speed?

I am going ot get a A64 3200 Newcastle core so its 200 x 11 default From the EPP deal... Anyways right now I have PC2100 that will only run at 192 mhz and I still going ot be able to run the CPU at stock speed or will I have to under clock it? thx

I got the same deal, & you can run the RAM at whatever speed you want, the CPU runs sorta separately you could say.

I really don't understand it, but e.g., right now, i am running my RAM at DDR400, & my CPU at 11*215.

Okay I thought that I would be able to. I just wan't sure thanks for the help. Ywah the A64 stuff is a little new to me but I think I will get it. I just hope the Asus K8V SE actually runs with my RAM...

Yeah, good luck with that...mine's generic, & i was having a horrible time with it.

I switched the slots it was in, & for some reason, that seems to have worked thus far...& i hope it doesn't act up anymore.

Mine are both Crucial with Micron chips. Which is pretty good. I am just praying lol. I have spent to much money already!!! I can't afford RAM right now.
