I have a 6850 from HIS that rarely gets used for gaming. I bet I have 20 hours of gaming on the thing in the 18 months that I've had it, no joke. It might see an hour of usage a day, then my computer gets shut off. Anywho...
Two days ago I notice a fan in my Corsair 800D beast case making a loud sound. I figured it was an older case fan I was using and thought to investigate later. Well, case fans are great, it's the freaking video card. It is loud all the time, and I can hear it revving up and down every 5-10 seconds. It's not absurdly loud but it is distracting. If I try to RMA or warranty repair it will HIS honor it for a loud fan? Will I receive an exact replacement? Here's the card I have:

It's crazy that I bought this card for $169 shipped from Newegg over 18 months ago and they're not much less money now. Thanks in advance for any help.
