Will high DPI USB mouse be limited by KVM switch?

I have a Razer Copperhead 2000 DPI USB mouse. If I use it through a KVM switch, will it be slowed down?

Your KVM switch is PS/2, right? If so, no I don't think it will reduce it's refresh rate, PS/2 is generally preferred over USB because it's a low latency bus compared to the USB bus. USB has more bandwidth overall but PS/2 is still preferred.

You can change the Bus refresh rate if you use the PS/2 port but can't if it's on USB, which is stuck at 125Hz.. To change the HZ or 'sampling rate' go to device manager, right click and select properties for your mouse, select Advanced Settings and change the sample rate.
