Will High density RAM work with the iWill KK266?

I was contemplating buying this ram, but on the site it says it is high density. Will this ram work with my iWill KK266?

I know everyone says to go with the good stuff, but why is that? If a 256 stick of ram from crucial works on my computer, and so does the generic stuff, is there a big performance difference? Even if the generic stuff isn't as fast, is it really worth to pay 2-3 times as much for crucial?
 
Um.. one thing you probably MISUNDERSTOOD big time is that Crucial doesn't have over-priced RAM. In fact, Mushtek is the one you are talking about.
Why get Crucial? The probablity of getting short-lifed or bad quality is rather LOW. Secondly, it's quite overclockable.
