Will Front USB ports work with usb 1.1 or usb 2.0?

I've been looking at this case, the antec SLK3700AB: Product Link, and I'm curious whether the front usb will work with both usb 1.1 and 2.0, or just one of them. Any help would be appreciated.
 
Hmm, another question. Do all cases' front USBs work when those 4 pins (per port) are plugged into mobo's USB 2 headers?

I have a cheesy Evercase that was made before USB 2 was out, and it works fine with USB 1.1. Will the connection be unable to maintain USB2 speeds if I plug the front USB into a USB 2 board and then use a USB2 device?
 
I've gone through this before with my Chenming case and from what I gather, if it doesn't specifically state USB 2.0 then don't assume that the front ports will support USB 2.0, just 1.1. Of course, being an Antec case you can call them up after buying the case and asking them to send you a replacement port that does support USB 2.0.
