Not even Yahoo could stand against them. Will Ebay ever have competition? I can't imagine what would happen if Ebay and Amazon form an alliangence (sp?).

I heard recently that eBay was being sued by a guy who claims to hold patents on certain concepts or ideas that are integral to eBay's business, which could potentially fuX0r them out of the online auction racket. Don't have a link handy, but anyone know what I'm talking about?

Not without something serious happening.

Truth be told, I hate eBay and many of their policies, especially those pertaining to feedback and how they handle disputes. However since no other auction site has as many people accessing it, I still continue to use it.

It will only cost them 35million. They are currently appealing the decision.

If someone surpasses them they'll have to be spectacular.
