Will Dell give me tracking info?

I placed an order over the phone, but I noticed on their webpage you can put in a number to find out the situation on your shipment. Can I get that number over the phone? I'd call, but it's Saturday. =)

My mom was the one who ordered it, I just got on the phone to tell them what I wanted. I wanted to do it, but since I can't get financing, she had to. Don't recall anything about an e-mail, so I assume not. I'll call them tomorrow, I guess.

Ah. They gave the numbers to my mom over the phone. It's in "production". Next step is shipment prep, but do they do that kind of stuff over the weekend? Think it'll be in transit by Monday?

My experience with phone orders (albeit through Small Business) has always resulted in an e-mail confirmation with the pertinent information.

Didn't know, but they gave my mom the number over the phone and she neglected to share that piece of information until now. But yeah, it works, and it's "in production".
