Hey folks!

My current system is in my sig. I currently have 512x2 (1GB) DDR2 533 in my system.
I am looking to purchase the Gigabyte DS3, and possibly an E6300 (may wait for the 6320, not sure yet) and wanted to know if I can use my current ram in the new mobo/cpu setup.

I'm figuring 1066 FSB for the E6300, so 1066/4 = 266 (x2 = 533 which I currently have)

Am I making any sense or have I thoroughly confused you? :D

Any thoughts guys? Not looking to overclock until I get faster memory down the road a bit.

Thanks!!!

DDR2-533 is the rock-bottom lowest it needs, but as long as you're happy running it at stock (ie: still amazing) you should have no problems.
