will crucial stand behind their lifetime warranty?

i ran memtest on the two PC133 256 MB sticks i have, and i have tons of errors. they are both crucial sticks, but i'm almost certain they were not bought from the crucial store. will they honor the lifetime warranty? after testing those sticks, i decided to test my 512MB PC2100 stick, just for kicks, as i did not expect to find many errors, if any. well i ran it overnight, and found 300,000+ errors. i dont remember what brand that is, hopefully i can get that replaced too. so what do you guys think, will i have a problem getting these sticks replaced? thanks.
