I just purchased some Sony MDR-v6 headphones for my computer. Also just ordered the Audigy OEM Sound card. Wow Audigy OEM blows on- board SOYO mb 5.1 sound away. ( Of course) Very well spent 60$ Now the headphones sound extremly good in the Home Theater Room and then on the computer hooked into my Klipsch 4.1 mini-phone jack they sound very poor on CS. With the add-on of the LIVE DRIVE will that improve sound because of the larger 1/4 inch dia Headphone plug like in the HT room. Do any of you know by experience if the LIVE DRIVE improved their sould with the higher end headphones? And does the 1/4 inch plug allow a higher frequency or ohm? Any performance increase over the mini-plug?
And do any of you know how much the live drive by it self cost so I can add it to my OEM audigy ( I can add it right?)
