Will core 2 duo support ddr?

It's quite possible but serves little point now. With AMD making the move to DDR2 many manufacturers will give up on DDR1 boards for both CPU types.

All i have to say AsRock makes some crazy design.. It seems they are trying to get the long time buyers lol.

Why upgrade when i can use my AGP Card, IDE, DDR with a brand new CPU.. I give them credit for doing this as it should be a nice transision for people that have AGP/A64 machine.

The only negative I can see with ASRock boards is they never have VCORE control. People are generally very happy with the boards otherwise. If I can get an E6600 to 3 GHz (333 x 9) with a $60 mobo, while keeping my 2GB of DDR, I'll be ecstatic. After selling my 3700+ and mobo, I doubt the entire upgrade would cost more than $250.
